- Personal data sent to the Administrator through contact channels (contact form, e-mail, telephone) will be processed in order to answer your questions, contact you and handle the matter you have contacted us about. - The right to data portability, i.e. to receive personal data from the Administrator in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, to the extent that the data is processed on the basis of consent or for the purpose of concluding and performing a contract in an automated manner (Article 20 GDPR);
- The right to object to the processing of personal data on the basis of legitimate interest, including for marketing purposes (Article 21 GDPR);

4. Recipients of data
- For the proper functioning of the Website, it is necessary for the Administrator to use the services of external entities (e.g. IT support, software providers, server hosting, IT systems service). The Administrator uses only the services of entities that provide sufficient guarantees of implementing appropriate technical and organisational measures so that the processing meets GDPR requirements and protects the rights of data subjects.
- Data transfer by the Administrator does not occur in every case and not to all recipients or categories of recipients indicated in this Privacy Policy — the Administrator transfers data only when it is necessary to achieve the given purpose of personal data processing and only to the extent necessary to achieve it.
- Users' personal data may be transferred to the following recipients or categories of recipients:
- Providers of IT, technical and organisational solutions supplying the Administrator and enabling the Administrator to conduct the company's business, including the website (in particular providers of computer software for operating the Website, e-mail and hosting providers, and providers of business management software and technical support to the Administrator);

5. Storage period
- Personal data processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) will be processed for as long as that interest exists or until an effective objection to the processing of data is submitted.
- Data provided in connection with the performance of an order will be processed after the order has been performed for the period of complaints and possible claims.
- Accounting and settlement data (invoices, bills, transfers) will be stored for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the accounting document was created.
6. Requirement / voluntariness of providing data
In the contact form on the Website, the required fields are marked with an asterisk. Entering other data in the forms is voluntary and optional. If you voluntarily add other data yourself, we will process it on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) expressed by your active action (voluntary addition of data).
7. No profiling and no transfer of data outside the EEA
Users' personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, and will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
