This Privacy Policy describes the rules for handling personal data on the website https://demoscale.io (hereinafter "Website").   • Every entity using the Website is its "User".
  • The User's personal data on the Website is processed by the Administrator in accordance with applicable law, in particular with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) — hereinafter "GDPR".

2. Purposes and legal bases for data processing

  • Personal data sent to the Administrator through contact channels (contact form, e-mail, telephone) will be processed in order to answer your questions, contact you and handle the matter you have contacted us about. The legal basis for processing your personal data is the legitimate interest of the Administrator consisting in responding to your messages and communicating with you (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • If you contact us with an enquiry about cooperation, your personal data will be processed for this purpose on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, i.e. taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract / accepting an order within the services we provide.
  • Personal data may also be processed for the purpose of pursuing or defending claims, which constitutes the legitimate interest of the Administrator under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Dear User, below we present the rights you have under GDPR.

Under the terms described in GDPR, the User has the following rights:

  1. The right to access the content of your data and to request a copy of it (Article 15 GDPR);
  2. The right to request the rectification of your personal data (Article 16 GDPR);
  3. The right to request the erasure of data (if the conditions of Article 17 GDPR are met);
  4. The right to request the restriction of processing (if the conditions of Article 18 GDPR are met);
  5. The right to data portability, i.e. to receive personal data from the Administrator in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, to the extent that the data is processed on the basis of consent or for the purpose of concluding and performing a contract in an automated manner (Article 20 GDPR);
  6. The right to object to the processing of personal data on the basis of legitimate interest, including for marketing purposes (Article 21 GDPR);
  7. The right to withdraw consent — if data is processed on the basis of consent given, the User has the right to withdraw it at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal;
  8. The User also has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they consider that the processing of their personal data violates the provisions of GDPR.

4. Recipients of data

  • For the proper functioning of the Website, it is necessary for the Administrator to use the services of external entities (e.g. IT support, software providers, server hosting, IT systems service). The Administrator uses only the services of entities that provide sufficient guarantees of implementing appropriate technical and organisational measures so that the processing meets GDPR requirements and protects the rights of data subjects.
  • Data transfer by the Administrator does not occur in every case and not to all recipients or categories of recipients indicated in this Privacy Policy — the Administrator transfers data only when it is necessary to achieve the given purpose of personal data processing and only to the extent necessary to achieve it.
  • Users' personal data may be transferred to the following recipients or categories of recipients:
    1. Providers of IT, technical and organisational solutions supplying the Administrator and enabling the Administrator to conduct the company's business, including the website (in particular providers of computer software for operating the Website, e-mail and hosting providers, and providers of business management software and technical support to the Administrator);
    2. Providers of legal and advisory services providing appropriate support to the Administrator (law firm or debt collection agency).

5. Storage period

  • Personal data processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) will be processed for as long as that interest exists or until an effective objection to the processing of data is submitted.
  • Data provided in connection with the performance of an order will be processed after the order has been performed for the period of complaints and possible claims.
  • Accounting and settlement data (invoices, bills, transfers) will be stored for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the accounting document was created.

6. Requirement / voluntariness of providing data

In the contact form on the Website, the required fields are marked with an asterisk. Entering other data in the forms is voluntary and optional. If you voluntarily add other data yourself, we will process it on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) expressed by your active action (voluntary addition of data).

7. No profiling and no transfer of data outside the EEA

Users' personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, and will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
